Management Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at EZVisa & Immigration Pvt Ltd at our Kottayam Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the immigration consultancy.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct research and analysis on immigration policies and market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories, including: Australia & Canada PR, Skilled Worker Visas, Study Visas, Visit and Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency (PR) Visas.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany, UK, and other European countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication are preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in the immigration industry and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome
• Mostly prefer freshers with excellent communication.
