Job Title: Executive - Purchase (FDF/API)

Qualifications

Any Graduate in Pharma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Pharmaceuticals/IB)  / Degree in Material Management / Any Relevant Degree.

Experience

More than 6 months of work experience in the Purchase department in any Pharma Company/ Chemical Company / Export Pharma Company

Role & responsibilities :-

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for an organization
• Identifying and sourcing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and production, to meet the organization's needs
• Checking of Bills of transporters and submission to approval.
• Following up with the factory for GRN and invoices.
• Making entries for buyers' payments and forwarding them to the respective accounts department.
• Filing and distribution of PO.
• Must have knowledge & experience of procurement/purchase for a pharmaceutical company.

Required Skill Set:

• Accurate knowledge regarding the pharmacy product
• Good in communication, specifically the national language
• Efficient at negotiation
• Well-versed with MS Excel 
• Proficient in maintaining accurate data
