REQUIREMENT Age: 22 to 28 years Experience: 2–4 years in a procurement or purchasing role (Experience in the signage industry is a plus) Education: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering Other graduates with relevant experience in procurement may also apply Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with digital tools and communication platforms Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (must-have) Fresh graduates with technical and organizational aptitude are also welcome to apply Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the company’s operational efficiency by managing the end-to-end procurement process. This includes identifying and partnering with reliable vendors, optimizing costs, and maintaining seamless inventory flow to meet production demands. The role demands strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics to support strategic sourcing decisions. Effective collaboration with internal teams such as Production, Stores, and Quality Control is essential to uphold quality standards and timely delivery. RESPONSIBILITY Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs Research and evaluate potential suppliers Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods Maintain and update internal databases with order details (vendors, dates, quantities, discounts, etc.) Conduct market research to keep up with price trends Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate better pricing or terms Prepare cost analysis reports to support purchasing decisions Keep accurate records of purchase contracts and invoices Follow up with suppliers to confirm or revise orders as needed Work closely with the Stores team to ensure products are d Describe the responsibilities of this job and other specific requirements here.
