We are engaged in leasing, renting, refurbishment of road construction equipment and other construction machinery. We also manage works contracts, projected crushing, soil stabilization, recycling, milling, and paving.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited located in Pune. The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

1.       Procurement Strategy Development:

·        Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

·        Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

2.       Vendor Management:

·        Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

·        Evaluate vendor performance and implement improvements as necessary.

3.       Inventory Management:

·        Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.

·        Monitor inventory turnover rates and develop strategies to improve efficiency.

4.       Purchase Planning:

·        Plan and forecast procurement needs based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.

5.       Cost Management:

·        Monitor and control procurement costs to achieve budgetary targets and cost savings.

·        Identify opportunities for cost reduction through supplier negotiations and process improvements.

6.       Compliance and Risk Management:

·        Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

·        Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions or quality issues.

7.       Team Leadership:

·        Lead and supervise a team of procurement and planning professionals, providing guidance and support.

·        Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the procurement department.
