Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Coordinator at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited in Pune. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating and sending invoices, utilizing billing systems, and utilizing analytical skills for billing purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Collect monthly billing sheet for all company assets (machines deployed at customer’s sites)
• Compare data collected with machine log sheet to verify mismatch, breakdown and deduction observed.
• Prepare monthly Proforma invoices for all machines after considering Work order terms & conditions.
• Collect the information required for all calculations.
• Clear all client objections to proforma invoices with respect to breakdown, extra hours and diesel consumption.
• After scrutinizing log sheet communicate with client for corrected data.
• After finalization, follow up with the customer for approval of Proforma Invoice.
• Manage and prepare account balances to determine outstanding receivables.
• Raise Tax invoice and share with client.
• Forward invoice to accounts team for further follow up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
• Must Experience with financial software or ERP systems
• Excellent math's and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)

• Previous experience 2-3 years in billing roles in Infra Company is must
