Job Description

Strategy and Policy Development: Design and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures for the organization.
Supplier Management: Research, select, and build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluating them on quality, timeliness, and price.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
Cost Control and Analysis: Monitor and analyze company expenditures, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure the procurement process is efficient.
Inventory and Supply Management: Coordinate with other departments to monitor inventory levels, forecast supply needs, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Team Leadership: Oversee, manage, train, and develop members of the purchasing team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of procured items meets organizational standards and address any issues that arise.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and purchasing technologies to make informed decisions.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and other managers to meet procurement needs and achieve organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
