Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with site engineers. Prepare purchase orders, track bills, and ensure proper documentation. 3+ years of experience in purchase/supply chain (construction industry preferred). Strong negotiation & vendor management skills. Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, bricks, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP tools will be an advantage.
