Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Manager with experience in the real estate sector to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating materials, vendor management, and cost control to ensure high-quality procurement within budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for real estate projects. Identify and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Manage contracts, purchase orders, and agreements with suppliers. Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in purchasing activities. Work closely with project teams to assess material requirements and timelines. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements. Implement best practices for cost efficiency and timely procurement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate procurement. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier networks. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing procurement for large real estate projects. Knowledge of construction materials and vendor sourcing.
