Purchase Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing and service terms. Manage end-to-end procurement activities , including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance monitoring. Analyze market trends and supplier data to forecast material requirements and mitigate supply chain risks. Coordinate with departments (engineering, production, accounts) to align purchasing needs with operational goals. Maintain accurate procurement records , including invoices, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock outs and ensure timely replenishment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all procurement activities. Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships for long-term business value and reliability. Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or project deadlines.
