Site Supervisor

Job Description

Lead on-site HVAC operations including installation, maintenance, and commissioning of air conditioning and mechanical systems. Supervise technical teams and subcontractors to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols. Interpret HVAC drawings and blueprints for accurate project execution and compliance with engineering specifications. Coordinate workflow and resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct quality inspections and ensure all HVAC work complies with industry standards, codes, and client expectations. Serve as the primary site liaison between project managers, consultants, clients, and vendors. Monitor daily progress and prepare detailed reports on work status, challenges, and resource utilization. Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations to maintain a safe and compliant worksite. Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide immediate, effective solutions to minimize downtime. Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting skill development and team efficiency.
