Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with strong on-site experience to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure the smooth execution of civil works. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of structural work, labor supervision, and safety standards, and will ensure the project progresses as per schedule, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil work activities at the construction site
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as per the project plan
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain proper work records
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report daily work status to the site engineer or project manager
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards

Qualification:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–2years of experience in site supervision for civil construction projects
• Good knowledge of building construction, RCC, finishing work, and site documentation
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural plans
