Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electronic components aligned with business needs.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, components, and services as per production and R&D requirements.
Handle end-to-end import and export documentation, compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
Ensure adherence to DGFT, EXIM policies, and customs regulations
Source and procure electronic parts/components specifically used in RF, Microwave, and Communication-based products.
Work closely with OEMs and understand technical requirements in line with Lotus Microwave’s product range.
Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers (domestic and international).
Lead cost negotiations, long-term agreements, and ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for logistics, freight, transportation.
Track shipments, handle delays proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement executives.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
