Key Responsibilities: • Manage key accounts: DRDO, BEL, BDL, HAL, ECIL, ISRO, private defense firms • Identify new business opportunities, manage proposals, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders • Work closely with R&D for technical proposals and solution development • Track industry trends and provide market intelligence • Represent the company at key defense & aerospace events • Manage receivables and ensure milestone-based collections
7–10 years’ experience in Defence/Aerospace Business Development or Key Account Management • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills • Willing to travel as needed (up to 50%)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
