Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Bani Park, Jaipur
Department: Procurement / Purchase
Reporting To: MD the Company
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: up to 50k/ As per company standard

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc (Physics /Mathematics).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in pump or Electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical and electrical components.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with Team and stores.
Track purchase budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Handle documentation including POs, supplier records, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Resolve supply issues and manage vendor performance.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of pumps/Electrical components.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good understanding of technical specifications and quality standards.
Effective communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree B.E/B.Tech, or B.Sc Science/Physics/Mathematics
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Age Criteria: 23–45 years.
