Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to ensuring smooth sales operations, supporting the sales team, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear and professional communication—both written and verbal—with internal teams and customers.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Handle end-to-end order processing, ensure timely order preparation, and follow up on pending payments.
• Address and resolve queries related to dispatches and provide ongoing sales support.
• Assist the sales team in preparing business proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate directly with customers for updates, inquiries, and relationship management.
• Track sales orders and regularly update relevant department heads.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree B.E/B.Tech, or B.Sc Science
• 3–8 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
