Job Description

Plans, organizes, and manages the Procurement process for the materials, equipment, or any other related supplies for the use of all entities under the company and ensures that the processes are in adherence to the Companys policy.
Identify suitable suppliers for cost and capacity considerations, prepare sourcing plans, conduct an analysis of supplier quotes, and prepare recommendations of the most suitable supplier.
Prepare and process requisitions, floating inquiries, bid management, negotiations, internal approvals, and purchase orders for raw materials, packing materials, fuel items, and equipment.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, deficiencies, and claims against suppliers as well as purchase rejection/return management.
Coordinate the physical movement of stock and the determination and preparation of all legally required documentation.
Conduct risk management analysis of selected suppliers taking into account material costing trends and capacity constraints.
