Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of HVAC equipment, materials, and services
Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality
Ensure timely purchase of HVAC and VRF components to support project schedules
Maintain purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records
Track supplier performance and build strong long-term relationships
Work closely with project managers and site engineers to forecast material requirements
Monitor market trends and update supplier databases
Resolve supply issues and ensure smooth project execution
Follow company policies and compliance standards in all procurement activities
Prepare procurement reports and maintain all documentation
