Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Qualification B. E Mechanical.
Experience – Minimum 5-6 years, preferably in Real Estate Industry.
Responsible for tendering/procurement of lift packages and mechanical building services.
Strong technical understanding of elevator types, components, specifications and MEP interfaces.
Prepare technical evaluations, vendor comparisons, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Lead cost negotiations, finalize techno-commercial terms, and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and project teams for design alignment and timely delivery.
Preferably experienced in real estate or large construction procurement
Good communication skills.
Proficient in MS office – Excel, word, powerpoint
