Purchase Manager with experience in Automotive industry , should have dealt components like Engine ,Axles, Motor,Pumps,Hydraulic systems etc

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager located in Pune. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing of materials, building relationships with vendors, and optimizing purchasing costs to meet organizational goals. The role also involves negotiating contracts, maintaining detailed records of purchases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Strong organizational, inventory management, and supply chain coordination skills
Familiarity with market research, forecasting, and cost management
Analytical thinking and effective decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in procurement or as a purchasing professional is advantageous
