AAMPL serves as a Tier 2 supplier to globally renowned Tier 1 MNCs such as Borgwarner, Continental, Keihin Fie, and Mitsubishi. The company specializes in designing, assembling, and maintaining "Progressive Tools" for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles, aiming to reduce costs, decrease lead time, and improve accuracy. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager based in Faridabad. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services necessary for the company's operations. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, evaluating quality and cost efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The Purchase Manager will also collaborate with various departments to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing and procurement, including supplier negotiation and contract management
Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality and cost efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing supplier relationships
Proficiency in inventory management and logistical coordination
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Background in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
