Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of materials, products, and services at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure best value procurement.
Issue purchase orders and track the delivery status of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Resolve any supply issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
