Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with procurement software and systems is an advantage.
