Key Responsibilities

Procurement Vendor Management

• Coordinate the purchase of raw materials, components, and consumables required for refrigeration equipment manufacturing.
• Identify, evaluate, and liaise with vendors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure quality materials.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, vendor agreements, and delivery timelines.
  

Inventory Order Management

• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking based on production requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid production delays.
  

Documentation Reporting

• Handle all procurement-related documentation, including PO generation, GRN, and invoice processing.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports for management review.
  

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with the production, quality, and accounts teams to align purchasing with business needs.
• Escalate supply issues proactively to avoid downtime or shortages.
