Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
