Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Purchase Engineer. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing the company's purchasing processes, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and components. The role will also involve planning and managing purchase orders, maintaining records, and working closely with other departments to meet business requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
• Demonstrable Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role, with exposure to mechanical or manufacturing industries, is highly desirable
