Administrative and operational management Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the factory, including security, housekeeping, and facility maintenance. Manage office supplies and vendors: Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other admin-related materials, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Compliance and record-keeping Ensure compliance: Ensure the factory adheres to all relevant labor laws, company policies, and safety/security regulations. Maintain records: Manage and maintain company records, including employee attendance, shift schedules, and statutory documentation. Support audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Support and coordination Support HR: Coordinate with the HR department for payroll, employee onboarding, training sessions, and other administrative tasks. Support other departments: Assist managers and other teams with reports, data entry, and coordination needs. Manage communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate meetings and travel: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Manage visitors: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors and ensure they are directed to the correct personnel. Facility and equipment management Ensure facility upkeep: Supervise housekeeping, security, and overall maintenance of office equipment and the factory premise. Inventory management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
