Role Overview:

Purchase Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements

✔ Manage and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock

✔ Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and delivery timelines

✔ Create and track purchase orders; ensure timely receipt of materials

✔ Maintain accurate records of procurement and inventory activities

✔ Coordinate with warehouse and QC teams for material quality and storage

✔ Stay updated on market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

📦 6 months – 1 year of experience in procurement, ideally in the building materials industry

🧠 Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management

🗣 Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

💻 Proficiency in procurement or ERP/inventory software.
