We are looking for a Female Purchase Co -Ordinator and find the JD below

Supplier management and negotiation

Source and evaluate suppliers: Identify and assess potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Negotiate contracts: Secure advantageous terms and pricing with vendors.

Develop and maintain relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Order and inventory management

Process purchase orders: Prepare and submit purchase orders and related documents.

Track orders: Monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and handle any issues with deliveries.

Manage inventory: Maintain adequate stock levels to avoid shortages and optimize costs.

Handle discrepancies: Resolve issues with non-supplied, under-ordered, or damaged goods.

Financial and record-keeping

Monitor budgets: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure purchases stay within budget.

Maintain records: Keep accurate records of purchases, pricing, contracts, and invoices.

Report on activities:Produce reports on purchase activities, cost savings, and market conditions.

Collaboration and compliance

Coordinate with departments: Liaise with other departments to understand their procurement requirements.

Ensure quality and compliance: Verify that purchased items meet quality standards and comply with company policies and regulations.

Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on market trends, new products, and changes in procurement regulations.

Salary- 15K to 20K ( depend on interview performance)
