Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capability.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize purchase orders.
Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with the stores, accounts, and user departments for procurement needs.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, quotations, and vendor details.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Assist in vendor development and maintain a database of reliable suppliers.
Track and resolve discrepancies in quantity, quality, or price.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and approval procedures.
Support audits by maintaining records and reports of all procurement activities.
Prepare periodic reports on purchase performance and cost analysis.
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
