Job Description

A Sales Executive is a professional responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to customers. Their primary objective is to generate revenue and achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Below is the job description of a Sales Executive along with key responsibilities and qualifications that are required :

Key Responsibilities:

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

 Conduct market visits to identify the existing customer’s needs and trends, tap their new business requirements and identify competitor’s activities and products.

 Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand

customer requirements and position the company's products or services effectively

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and

objectives with Organic(Incremental)growth from existing customers as well as

Generating New business

 Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with minimal outstanding

 In case of any issues related to quality or rejections, coordinate with the quality team and ensure that the customer issue is resolved

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business

 Objectives Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective

customers, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.

 Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to sales management on a regular basis.

 Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

 Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.

 Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend business meetings and events.

Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in any stream

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
