Publisher Acquisition Manager

What We are Looking For:

1. Proactively identify and engage mid-tier to premium publishers across relevant markets and verticals through high-volume outreach efforts—using phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or in-person meetings—with compelling, value-driven pitches.
2. Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and the current state of the pipeline to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
3. Support newly onboarded publishers throughout the integration and activation process, ensuring a seamless transition into the platform.
4. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key publisher stakeholders and decision-makers, exploring innovative ways to grow partnerships.
5. Represent the organization at industry events and in the marketplace, effectively communicating the value of affiliate marketing to drive network growth.
6. Serve as an internal champion for newly recruited publishers—collaborating with global Sales and Client Services teams to ensure swift approvals and partnership success.
7. Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging publisher trends, sharing actionable insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions.
