We're Hiring a Publisher Partnerships & Growth Lead

We're seeking a dynamic deal-maker to help us scale publisher relationships in our key target markets. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and shaping strategic plans across global markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Hunt for and onboard new publishers in our target markets.
• Negotiate and close high-value partnership deals.
• Build processes, dashboards, and systems to track publisher growth, retention & satisfaction.
• Take ownership of revenue targets while helping the team hit collective goals.
• Lead and grow our publisher alliances & success team in India.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops & Marketing teams to unlock new revenue streams and client acquisition strategies.
• Work directly with the C-Suite on growth strategies.
• Represent us at industry events through speaking, networking & deal-making.

What makes you a great fit:

• Track record of closing big deals and smashing sales targets.
• 3+ years of experience working with digital media publishers (experience with European publishers is a big plus).
• Strong English communication skillswritten & spoken.
• Experience leading teams across markets.
• Solid understanding of digital publishing (ad servers, APIs, SDKs, pricing models).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth opportunities.
