Public Relations Manager / PR Manager

About the Role

AstroSageAI, Indias #1 astrology portal and app with 70M+ downloads, is looking for a dynamic PR Manager to strengthen our brand presence, reputation, and visibility across India and digital platforms.

The PR Manager will be responsible for crafting the public narrative of AstroSageAI, aligning communications with the companys mission of blending ancient Vedic wisdom with AI-powered astrology solutions, and supporting both our Consultation, AI Consultation, E-Commerce & Digital Reports verticals.

This role requires a strategic storyteller with experience in media relations, influencer campaigns, and brand promotion who can position AstroSageAI as the most trusted astrology platform in India.

Key Responsibilities

Media & Public Relations

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers to maximize positive coverage.
• Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media kits for product launches, campaigns, and milestones.
• Monitor media mentions, sentiment, and coverage, and recommend actions to maintain brand reputation.
  

Brand Communication & Positioning

• Collaborate with Product Lead, Marketing Lead, Business Lead to amplify product launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all external communications.
• Design and execute thought leadership campaigns, including interviews, webinars, and events.
  

Campaigns & Content Support

• Support marketing campaigns with PR content: blogs, social posts, newsletters, and video scripts.
• Work on celebrity/influencer tie-ups, podcast promotions, and brand activations.
• Track campaign ROI, engagement, and impact on brand awareness.
  

Crisis Management & Brand Reputation

• Manage public perception and crisis communication when required.
• Prepare speaking notes, media statements, and FAQs for leadership.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track PR KPIs (media reach, coverage, sentiment, share of voice).
• Provide monthly/quarterly PR impact reports and recommendations.
