Key Responsibilities:

Media &Influencer Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and wellness industry publications.
• Coordinate with, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand campaigns.
• Ensure timely outreach and responses to media queries, press releases, and product feature requests.

Brand Storytelling & Amplification

• Repurpose press mentions, media features, and influencer shoutouts into engaging PR content.
• Collaborate with social and content teams to ensure PR stories are integrated across digital channels.
• Position Kapiva as a thought leader in Ayurveda and modern wellness through compelling narratives.

Campaign Support & Strategy

• Support PR campaigns aligned with product launches, wellness initiatives, and brand activations.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage and proactive storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to ensure PR strategy complements overall brand campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track PR coverage and measure impact across earned media, influencer shoutouts, and social mentions.
• Share regular reports and insights on PR outcomes and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
• Strong media network and ability to craft compelling press communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for wellness, health, and storytelling.
• Self-starter mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
