Role Overview: As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies to support organizational goals and enhance brand visibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with media, industry analysts, and key stakeholders will be crucial. Leading PR campaigns, press releases, media kits, editorial calendars, and event communications will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Collaboration with marketing, social media, and content teams to ensure messaging alignment and maximize impact is essential. Monitoring media coverage and industry trends to provide timely insights to leadership and managing crisis communications and reputation management strategies are key responsibilities. Additionally, leading the conceptualization and publishing of monthly employee magazines and communication materials, designing internal communication strategies for transparency and alignment, and driving employee engagement initiatives and events to boost workplace culture and morale will be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - 13-18 years of experience in public relations, with a blend of external and internal communication leadership. - Strong leadership and project management capabilities. - Females are preferred.,
