Public Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their communication needs and brand vision. Act as a point of contact for day-to-day PR coordination and updates. Participate in strategy sessions, brainstorms, and client presentations. Media Relations: Build and maintain media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and articles. Secure media coverage and coordinate interviews. Event Coordination: Support and sometimes lead the execution of client events, media briefings, and brand activations. Liaise with vendors, influencers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery. Monitoring & Reporting: Track press coverage, sentiment, and campaign results. Compile client-facing reports with PR metrics and insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with digital marketing, design, and content teams to align PR messaging. Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and storytelling initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree . 6 months -1 year of PR or communications experience, agency or in-house. Strong media pitching, client servicing skills, with the confidence to present and engage directly. Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
