Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing engagement and alignment with the brand's vision. Content Oversight: Work with influencers to develop authentic and high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources while delivering on marketing objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging influencer marketing practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
