Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Executive who can

identify growth opportunities and bring new business from brands in need of marketing and PR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients in need of digital marketing, branding, and PR services.
• Pitch agency capabilities effectively to decision-makers via emails, calls, and meetings.
• Understand client business needs and suggest customized solutions.
• Manage the entire sales funnel – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and delivery) to align proposals and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience preferably in a marketing/digital agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and PR industry landscapes.
• Results-driven, proactive, and confident in handling objections.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn.
