We ae urgently hiring a PRO/ PR Manager to join our team

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the organization. This role involves developing media relations strategies, writing press releases, organizing events, and managing communication between the organization, the media, and the public. The PRO ensures that the company’s messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with its values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers.
  • Write and distribute press releases, speeches, articles, and other media materials.
  • Manage press conferences, interviews, and media inquiries.
  • Communication & Branding
  • Create and oversee internal and external communication strategies.
  • Ensure all public communications reflect the organization’s mission, vision, and tone.
  • Monitor and manage the organization’s online presence and social media reputation.
  • Event Management
  • Plan and execute promotional events, press briefings, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications for events.
  • Crisis Management
  • Handle sensitive or potentially damaging situations tactfully and professionally.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the spokesperson during crises.
  • Public Affairs
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement.
  • Reporting & Monitoring
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public sentiment and media trends.
  • Evaluate PR campaigns and measure their effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience minimum 3-6 years in public relations, corporate communications, or media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • MSW not preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
