About The Opportunity

A consumer-focused fashion & apparel brand operating in the retail and lifestyle sector — designing, manufacturing, and selling contemporary apparel across India. We are recruiting an on-site Public Relations professional to build brand reputation, amplify product launches, and shape earned-media narratives for a fast-moving retail label.Primary job title (best-performing on job platforms): Public Relations Officer
Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute PR strategies that increase brand visibility across national and regional consumer media and lifestyle outlets.
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, pitches, and product copy tailored for fashion, lifestyle, and retail journalists.
Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, bloggers, and influencers; coordinate product seeding and media sampling programs.
Plan and manage on-site events, product launches, and press previews end-to-end, including vendor coordination and press follow-up.
Monitor media coverage, prepare regular PR performance reports, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Lead issue and crisis communications response, drafting holding statements and coordinating cross-functional stakeholder messaging.
