Security and Science make the basis of Verona where before matchmaking there will be Fintech-grade authentication to ensure fraud detection. Through a deep appreciation for the science of compatibility, with Verona, we will be using AI for matchmaking based on an individual's core & shared values.

As a Relationship Consultant at Verona, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how Indians approach finding lifelong partners. You will lead our relationship consulting department, delivering unparalleled onboarding experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, and transforming aspirations into successful matches. This role involves managing Verona Burgundy Sales, servicing premium Burgundy Members, and providing end-to-end guidance through the matchmaking journey. Education and Experience

• Preferably from a Psychology (Bachelors/Masters Education)
• Experience of working in client facing or business development roles
• Should be able to build and run processes for effective delivery of and should own client satisfaction
• Experience in counselling, relationship building and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Consulting:

• Work with Verona’s most premium business segment, working directly with clients throughout the matchmaking process.
• Build strong rapport with premium Burgundy Members.
• Curate and handpick profiles for members based on their preferences and compatibility.
• Act as a coach throughout their journey, guiding them from enrolment to marriage.
• Engage with clients, identifying their needs, counselling them, and curating compatible matches.
• Develop client archetypes and tailor engagement, counselling, and servicing strategies to meet specific requirements.

Business Development:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, handling both inbound and outbound leads.
• Effectively communicate Verona’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell premium services, ensuring they align with clients’ evolving needs.

Needs Assessment:

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ values, preferences, expectations, and aspirations in a lifelong partner.
• Use active listening and empathy to gather essential insights for building successful matches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Product and Relationship Science teams to integrate consulting feedback into matchmaking algorithms and improve service effectiveness.
• Work closely with the product development team to align consulting services with technological innovations.
• Partner with marketing teams to provide insights that enhance promotional and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team of product managers, researchers, and engineers to refine product features and services.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from clients and consultants to drive continuous improvement in Verona’s services.
• Stay updated on trends in the matchmaking and dating industry to incorporate best practices.

Our office is located in Vatika Triangle on M.G. Road, Gurgaon, just a 2-minute walk from the M.G. Road Metro Station.
