Position: Proposal Writer

Role Summary:

The Proposal Writer will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting structured and persuasive proposals for various stakeholders including banks, government agencies, grant providers, and CSR partners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in drafting DPRs and funding proposals within sectors like agriculture, sustainability, biotech, or health sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop project proposals, DPRs, and business plans for:
• Government schemes (e.g., MSME, NABARD)
• CSR funding
• Bank loans
• International grants (if applicable)
• Conduct research and gather relevant data to support technical, financial, and market aspects of proposals.
• Coordinate with R&D, finance, and leadership teams to gather project details and budgets.
• Ensure alignment with eligibility criteria and compliance for targeted schemes or investors.
• Maintain a repository of templates, past proposals, and technical content.
• Track proposal submission deadlines and manage documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, grant applications, or DPR preparation.
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Familiarity with organic agriculture, biotech, sustainability, or scientific products is preferred.
• Working knowledge of government funding schemes (MSME, MoFPI, SIDBI, Startup India, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to present technical content in a clear, structured, and persuasive format.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,826.96 - ₹27,985.75 per month
