Company name : Lochan & Co Job Title : Proposal writer Department : Consultancy-Business Development Location : Noida, Sector- 48 Salary :2 to 5 yrs ( upto 4 lpa to 7lpa)/ 5 yrs to 10 yrs ( upto 7lpa to 10 lpa) Rest depend on the interview Qualification · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in sales, Marketing or related field. Roles and Responsibilities · Identify and review multinational, bilateral international funding/developing agencies, government and commercial RFP/solicitations in detail and be familiar with requirements. · Assist the bid/proposal manager in developing a proposal structure. · Develop & deliver high-quality, compliant, proposals & responses to request for proposal (RFP) solicitations, Request for information (RFI), Request for quote (RFQ) from different entities. · Ensure responsiveness to the client’s/prospect’s stated requirements. · Prepare requirements /compliance sheet based on information given in RFP. Experience 2 to 10 years of relevant experience Skills · Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building. · Report-writing skills: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows · Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively. · Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and equipment; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. · Strong oral and written communication skills.
