Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer based in Nagpur. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for the preparation and writing of proposals, collaborating with the sales and procurement team, and supporting electrical engineering tasks. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing proposals, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring that all technical and commercial aspects of proposals are addressed.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2 to 10 years in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
• Skills in Sales and Procurement coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the energy services industry is a plus
