We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at PAYPER BAGGING INDIA PVT. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining PLC programs to automate industrial machinery and processes. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our automation capabilities within the bagging machine manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: PLC Programming: Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs utilizing platforms such as TIA Portal/STEP 7 (Siemens) and RS Logix series (Rockwell). Documentation: Create detailed instrumentation and control system documentation including logic diagrams, I/O lists, bills of materials, communication lists, alarm/trip lists, signal lists, monitor screen documents, and customized documents per customer specifications. Communication Protocols: Configure and integrate various communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, and Modbus) to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and PLC setups. Technical Support: Provide technical support and coordinate with panel projects to ensure efficient operations and troubleshooting. Collaboration: Utilize strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and automation. Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming & HMI Design is preferred.
