Proposal Engineer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at our company, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to gather essential data from customers, comprehend their precise requirements, and translate them into drawings for proposal creation. Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive solutions, generating workable concepts, and crafting techno-commercial offers complete with system descriptions. The finalization of drawing preparation will be a key aspect of your role. You will primarily work on Industrial Packaging solutions such as packing lines, filled bag handling, palletizing, conveyors, and more. Utilizing CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools, you will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings to support the project requirements. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties based on specific project needs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the packaging machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and machine building and manufacturing industry. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools is essential, alongside a sound understanding of mechanical design principles. Effective communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders, requiring proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage. Moreover, your ability to be self-disciplined and follow company rules diligently will be key to your success in this role.,
