Proposal Engineer

Job Description:
As a Proposal Engineer at Burak Metering, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive technical-commercial proposals for flow measurement and process instrumentation solutions. You will work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to interpret client requirements and deliver customized, cost-effective solutions that align with project specifications and company objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing client inquiries, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals for flow meters and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production teams for accurate costing and feasibility assessments.
• Supporting the sales team in technical discussions, clarifications, and bid submissions.
• Maintaining records of proposals, quotations, and revisions for tracking and documentation.
• Ensuring timely submission of proposals while maintaining compliance with company and client standards.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in proposal or estimation roles within the instrumentation, automation, or process industry.
• Strong understanding of flow measurement technologies, industrial standards, and costing principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
