Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar for a Proposal Engineer. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, collaborating with the sales team, and assisting in procurement processes. They will utilize their electrical engineering expertise to develop comprehensive proposals and ensure all technical requirements are met. The Proposal Engineer will also be involved in client communication and project coordination to support the sales team in securing new projects.

• Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
• Electrical Engineering knowledge
• Sales and Procurement experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the engineering or technical sales industry is a plus
