Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

• 2–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, technical sales, or application engineering for capital equipment (preferably in customized systems).

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial automation, or ultrasonic/parts cleaning processes (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.

• Strong analytical and costing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.

Job Description

As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will utilize your creativity and range of engineering skills to develop customized solutions. You will be involved in the manufacturing of our capital equipment. It is an opportunity to take ownership of the equipment all the way from concept to final manufacturing. There will be collaboration with both customers and vendors to develop top notch solutions for a number of challenging problems.

• Understand concept of the machine

• Understand the materials required in manufacturing of the machine

• Devise suitable process of manufacturing the various parts of the machine

• Prepare the exhaustive bill of material for the machine

• Calculate the exact price in for the above material

• Devise suitable manufacturing method for manufacturing the parts of the above machine.

• Finding out the most economical way of manufacturing the parts for the above machine

• Competitor analysis

• Market feedback
