Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer role based in Manjeri. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and developing technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include working closely with the sales and procurement teams to align proposals with client needs, coordinating with the vendor to gather input for technical specifications, and assisting in cost estimation and pricing. The position requires the ability to deliver high-quality proposals within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
• Strong technical understanding of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering principles
• Experience in Sales and client interaction skills for proposal development
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and vendor management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry is an advantage
